At Risha Style, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at 📧 [email protected] or 📞 +91 7501017076.
    • Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

    • Risha Style reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

      • Payment issues

      • Product unavailability

      • Incorrect information provided by the customer

Return & Exchange

  • Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (photo/video).
  • Jewellery once worn, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • If your cancellation/return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • +Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or dislike after purchase.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery orders.
