At Risha Style, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Customers can request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at 📧 [email protected] or 📞 +91 7501017076.
Once the order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Risha Style reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:
Payment issues
Product unavailability
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Return & Exchange
- Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing proof (photo/video).
- Jewellery once worn, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- If your cancellation/return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- +Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or dislike after purchase.
- Orders canceled after dispatch.
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
- Customized or personalized jewellery orders.
